Hand drawn illustrations - Kid’s swimwear photo shoot.

I had the opportunity to create a group of illustrations for a children's swimwear editorial which was featured on Gilt.com. The models were photographed first and I added the illustrations afterward. 

I made several drawings of aquatic creatures such as an octopus, various tropical fish, a crab, a seahorse and I combined these elements with seaweed and bubbles. My goal was to create a fun and animated underwater world and have the kids expressions interact with the sea creatures. This was a fun project to work on and it turned out better than we imagined.

Swim Shops for Kids

Using the illustrations from the above campaign, we also shot photos for girl's swimwear and designed a boy's and girl's swim shop to be featured on Gilt.com.

Girl's clothing shoot - Flower Illustrations

This editorial was for a children's clothing company and while the photos turned out to be successful, I was asked to provide simple illustrations of flowers to echo the pattern on the girls dress and her headband. Sometimes we end up needing other content to balance out the product we're shooting and selling. It was a simple effect that gave life to a blank background. Featured on Gilt.com.
